BEIJING — The revenue of China's human resources service sector totaled 1.96 trillion yuan (about $275 billion) in 2019, up 10.26 percent year-on-year, according to a report released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

China recorded 39,568 human resources service institutions with 674,836 employees by the end of 2019, said the report.

Various types of human resources service institutions provided labor dispatch service for 480,000 companies in 2019, up 35.29 percent year-on-year, according to the report.

Human resources service is a rising industry with continued and accelerated development and great potential, said the ministry.
