The Kela Photovoltaic Power Station, the world's biggest and highest power station that uses both water and light to generate energy, launched in southwest China's Sichuan Province on Sunday. It is the first phase of a water-light complementary project at the Yalong River's Lianghekou Hydropower Station, located in Kela Township in Sichuan's Yajiang County.
