From 8 a.m. Wednesday to 8 a.m. Thursday, heavy rainfall is forecast to hit parts of Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi and Yunnan, said the center.
