China's emergency humanitarian aid to the flood-hit Libya arrived in the eastern city of Benghazi on Sunday and was delivered to the Libyan side at a handover ceremony. The 90 tonnes of emergency supplies include tents, blankets, life vests, water purifiers, patient monitors, and ultrasound diagnostic equipment. Prior to the delivery, the Red Cross Society of China provided the Libyan Red Crescent Society with emergency aid in cash worth $200,000.
