BEIJING, Nov. 3 -- A recent report on the health level of Chinese cities released by Tsinghua University shows that the health index of most cities has risen.
The researchers have carried out in-depth research in the fields of environmental health, health public services, disease prevention and control.
They also collected multi-source data such as civil affairs, industry and commerce, living consumption and online maps, and tried to find out the distribution of elderly care institutions that actually provide services.
The report has built up a picture of the country's urban health and contributed to promoting urban development in multiple dimensions, said Mao Qun'an, an official with the National Health Commission.
