Largest windpower project in NE China's Heilongjiang put into full operation

The Yilan Jiguan mountain windpower project under the China Huadian Corporation (CHD) was put into full operation on Thursday. As the largest windpower project in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, the four phases of the project have a total installed capacity of 449 megawatts, and can generate an average of 1.24 billion kWh of power annually.
