Contest of Chinese story telling held in Mongolia

ULAN BATOR, May 3 -- The third edition of the "Tell China's Stories" contest for students from Mongolia's general educational schools was held here on Friday.

The contest, co-organized by the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia, the Confucius Institute at the National University of Mongolia and the Chinese Proficiency Test Center in Mongolia, aims to promote cultural exchanges between China and Mongolia, according to the organizers.

Students from several schools across Mongolia participated in the contest with 31 works. Erdenetsog Enkhmend, a Grade 11 male student from the Khishig school based in the capital Ulan Bator, won the first place with his performance of the Chinese story "Three heroes fight against Lv Bu."

All participants of the contest were awarded certificates and prizes based on their performances.
