Thirty-two people have been injured after a 5.5 magnitude earthquake struck Cangyuan county of Yunnan province at 6:24 pm (1024GMT) on March 1. As of 8 am of March 2, the tremor had affected more than 67,000 residents in the counties of Cangyuan and Gengma in Lincang city, displacing nearly 12,400, according to a statement from the city’s civil affairs bureau.
