Workers lift containers filled with goods at the China-Europe cargo train assembling hub in Urumqi, capital of Northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, on March 12. The No. X9091 China-Europe train, fully loaded with daily necessities, household appliances, clothing and other everyday goods, departed the hub on March 12. It was the 3,000th trip made by the China-Europe freight train from the hub. The train will leave China for Tashkent, Uzbekistan, via Horgos Port. With a series of measures by the Xinjiang railway service,China-Europe trains resumed normal operations in March against the backdrop of the COVID-19 epidemic, helping China’s manufacturers head into the international market.
