Smart washing machine plant running at full speed in Tianjin

A photo taken on June 22 shows a smart warehouse of a Haier washing machine plant in North China's Tianjin municipality. The plant is located at Balitai Industrial Park, a large park featuring intelligence plus 5G, in Jinnan district of Tianjin. Starting operation in September 2019, it is equipped with four smart final assembly lines, three intelligent module areas and three intelligent logistics systems. It can simultaneously produce impeller and drum washing machines, as well as tailored products for clients. The Haier washing machine plant is among the first enterprises above the designated size that resumed production in Tianjin. [Photo/Xinhua]
