Hainan increases annual tax-free shopping quota for travelers

China's Hainan province increased its annual tax-free shopping quota for travelers. With effect from July 1, the quota was raised to 100,000 yuan (about $14,123) per person each year from the current 30,000 yuan. The categories of duty-free goods were also been expanded.
