Kuanzhai Alley named a national demonstration pedestrian street

In an opening ceremony on Aug 10, 2020, Kuanzhai Alley in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan province, was named a National Demonstration Pedestrian Street. The Ministry of Commerce added Nanjing's Confucius Temple Pedestrian Street, Hangzhou's Hubin Pedestrian Street, Chongqing's Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street, Chengdu's Kuanzhai Alley Pedestrian Street, and Xi'an's Datang Everbright Pedestrian Street to the first batch of national demonstration pedestrian streets.
