Thermal coal turnover hits new record at N China’s Huanghua Port

Ships at Huanghua Port are being loaded with thermal coal, in Cangzhou city, North China’s Hebei province, on July 7, 2021. As a major port for transporting thermal coal to South China, Huanghua Port has optimized its operations to improve the facilities’ capacity, with an average of 600,000 metric tons of thermal coal transported from the port every day. From January to June, the port saw 109.971 million tons of thermal coal turnover, growing 21.3 percent year-on-year and setting a new record. [Photo/Xinhua]
