China’s comprehensive scientific research vessel, Shiyan 6, sets sail from Xinzhou Wharf in Guangzhou, South China’s Guangdong province, on Sept 6, 2021. The ship will make its maiden voyage to the Pearl River Estuary and northern South China Sea waters for multi-disciplinary observations.
