The Singles Day shopping spree, originally an online shopping event, has expanded to offline sales with shopping malls, department stores, as well as supermarkets all jumping on board to woo more customers together with their e-commerce counterparts.

Express delivery companies are well-prepared for the peak period, launching technical support including intelligent sorting systems, smart pickup equipment, and big data prediction to improve efficiency.
