A national-level coal emergency reserve base at Gaoxing Freight Yard in Huaying Logistics Park, Southwest China’s Sichuan province, is under construction on April 10. The freight yard is a comprehensive large-scale project under construction in eastern Sichuan, involving coal, building materials, petroleum, cold chain storage and transportation, and other industries.
