Half of highway serving as main transportation artery in Shenzhen completed

Half of a highway serving as a main transportation artery in Shenzhen's eastern areas has been completed. The highway stretches 32.2 kilometers from the Liantang Port to Jinqian'ao overpass, going through three districts including Luohu, Longgang, and Pingshan. Vehicles shall enjoy free passage when the whole highway is put into use. Currently, a section of the highway has been completed and started to serve. The project aims to facilitate the land transport between South China's Hong Kong and the mainland, and promote the development of the Greater Bay Area. [Photo/Xinhua]
