BEIJING — President Xi Jinping on Dec 2 said that China and Russia should always be sincere and reliable strategic partners, and give each other firm and strong strategic support amid complex and volatile international situation.

Xi made the remarks when meeting with Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
