BEIJING — A booklet of an outline of the integrated regional development of the Yangtze River Delta has been published by the People's Publishing House.

The guideline was jointly issued by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council on Dec 1.

The booklet is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.
