From March 25 to March 28, strong wind will sweep across most central and eastern regions, with the temperature dropping 6 to 10 degrees Celsius, according to the National Meteorological Center.

In some regions, temperatures will drop by over 12 degrees.

The center advised the public to take precautions against the cold weather and strong wind.
