BEIJING — Here are the latest developments on the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in China:
— Chinese health authority said on March 30 it received reports of 31 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland on March 29, of which 30 were imported.
A new domestic case was reported in Gansu province, the National Health Commission said.
— Wuhan continued to report no new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on March 29.
The health commission of Hubei, of which Wuhan is the capital, said on March 30 the province also registered zero increase in new COVID-19 cases on March 29. Four new deaths were recorded, all of which were in Wuhan.
— A total of 322 patients of COVID-19 were discharged from the hospital on March 29 on the Chinese mainland, according to the National Health Commission.
Altogether 75,770 patients had been discharged from the hospital after recovery by the end of March 29, the commission said.
