NANNING — The foreign trade of South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region reached 486.13 billion yuan (about $75.16 billion) in 2020, up 3.5 percent year-on-year, customs statistics showed.
Exports in the region increased by 4.3 percent to 270.82 billion yuan, while imports grew 2.6 percent to 215.31 billion yuan last year,
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) remained Guangxi's largest trading partner last year, with bilateral trade increasing by 1.7 percent to 237.57 billion yuan. Trade with the Belt and Road countries grew by 1.4 percent to 258.35 billion yuan.
