Li Meng was appointed head of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.

Hao Junhui was appointed deputy head of the State Taxation Administration, replacing Ren Rongfa.

Hu Wenhui became the deputy head of the National Intellectual Property Administration, replacing Zhou Huiguo.
