Minister of Transport Ministry Yang Chuantang is presiding a memorial service at the deck of a command ship. Officials from ministry of transport, together with military, armed police will observe a three-minute silence to the ill-fated ship, while other ships will sound their sirens, to remember those who lost their lives during this maritime tragedy.
