A sand painting saluting medical workers fighting the COVID-19 outbreak has been a hit on Chinese social media. Created by Meng Xiangjuan, a teacher at a special education school in Zhongshan city of Guangdong province, the sand painting "Brave Angels" has touched thousands of people.
