China has allocated about 309 million yuan ($44.2 million) for disaster relief in flood-hit regions. The funds were channeled to areas hit hard by floods, including Anhui, Jiangxi and Hubei provinces as well as Chongqing metropolis, in support of the reconstruction and repair of local infrastructure and public facilities.
