Chinese authorities said at a press conference on March 29 that they would support efforts to develop Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in disease prevention through integration with modern medicine and innovation. Officials called for more TCM theoretical researches on epidemic disease to draw scientific conclusions on the efficacy of TCM.
