China aims to launch Chang'e-6 lunar probe around 2024

Authorities say their recent success has paved the way for future explorations during the 2021 China Space Conference in Nanjing. A historic lunar mission a few months ago brought back rock samples from the moon.

The nation aims to launch the Chang'e-6 probe to collect samples in the South Pole-Aitken Basin on the far side of the moon around 2024, a space expert said on April 24.
