China's Sinopharm has just rolled out the first batch of COVID-19 vaccines under the COVAX program. The Foreign Ministry said this demonstrates China's efforts to provide products for global health.

The packaging is able to monitor outside temperature to ensure the vaccine doesn't go bad. Sinopharm's COVID vaccine received emergency use approval from the World Health Organization in early May.
