China's digital economy saw a 10 percent growth on a yearly basis to over 39 trillion yuan or about $6 trillion in 2020. The figure accounts for over one-third of the country's total GDP, according to the latest report on the development of the internet in China, released at the World Internet Conference in Wuzhen, Zhejiang province.
