Winter Olympics-themed ice sculptures are attracting flocks of visitors to the annual Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival in Harbin city, Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.

Snow sculptures of the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games mascots, Bing Dwen Dwen and Shuey Rhon Rhon, are welcoming visitors at the festival gates. More than 60 clusters totaling over 100 ice sculptures, including the Olympic rings, cover an area of 820,000 square meters at this year's festival.

Nicknamed "Ice City," Harbin has hosted the annual ice and snow sculpture festival since 1999. This year's festival kicked off on Dec 25, 2021, and will run until Feb 28, 2022.
