A new mass production line for low oxygen bright copper rods was put into operation in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region on April 1. Employing the cutting-edge technology of continuous casting direct rolling, the production line, located in a new materials industrial park, is expected to produce 250,000 tons of low oxygen bright copper rods per year.
