The 132nd session of the China Import and Export Fair, also known as the Canton Fair, kicked off online on Oct 15.

More than 35,000 domestic and foreign companies have participated in the exhibition online, displaying a record number of over 3.06 million exhibits. Serving as an important barometer of China's foreign trade, the exhibition this year is composed of three sections: online display platform, supply and purchase docking service, and cross-border e-commerce. Specially designed online sections and functions have been fostering vibrant trade exchanges.

The Canton Fair was founded in 1957 and is held in Guangzhou city, South China's Guangdong province, every spring and autumn.
