Premier Li Keqiang met Chui Sai On, chief executive of the Macao Special Administrative Region, at Zhongnanhai in downtown Beijing on Sept 22. The premier presented Chui with the State Council Order No 655, which appoints Chui as the fourth chief executive of Macao.
