Premier Li Keqiang, accompanied by Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, visited the Startup Discussion Zone in the Open Innovations exhibition in Moscow on Oct 14. Li said that young people who are enthusiastic and creative should communicate more often through international exchanges and cooperation and that the forum can help strengthen such activities.
