Premier Li Keqiang said at the Summer Davos Forum 2015 in Dalian on Sept 9 that China is willing to join the special drawing rights not only for the internationalization of RMB but also for its international responsibility as a large developing country.

He added that China, not the source of the world’s economic risks, can be a source of power to drive the world’s economy.
