Premier Li Keqiang instructed Xu Shaoshi, chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, to quickly coordinate with Rail Baltica on the high-speed railway construction in the Baltic Sea region, after a discussion with Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Rõivas on Nov 24 in Suzhou, Jiangsu province.
After promoting the high-speed railway in Malaysia, Premier Li continued his efforts for Chinese high-speed railway technology at the fourth leaders’ meeting of China and Central and Eastern European countries.
