Premier Li Keqiang inspected Beijing Capital International Airport, one of the busiest airports in the world, on March 6.
With the help of big data analysis, he heard reports on coordinated measures in arranging flights to ensure smooth transport of passengers and cargo to and from home and abroad, as well as efforts to prevent and control the novel coronavirus outbreak among travelers entering and exiting the country.
The Premier stressed the airport is the "gate" of China, where effective measures should be taken to prevent and control the epidemic. Health tests should be conducted in accordance with different conditions to guarantee a safe and orderly flow of personnel, he added.
