BEIJING — China will fully implement list-based management for all items requiring administrative approval, and standardize the exercise of power to facilitate firms and benefit people to a greater extent, according to a State Council executive meeting chaired by Premier Li Keqiang on Jan 4.

The meeting also decided to conduct classification management of enterprise credit risks to make supervision fairer and more efficient.
