Premier Li Keqiang said that China will promote the negotiation of a free trade area (FTA) with ASEAN countries based on mutual benefit.
Premier Li, who attended the 17th ASEAN-China Summit in Nay Pyi Taw, capital of Myanmar, on Nov 13, also expressed support for Hong Kong pushing forward FTA negotiations with ASEAN.
