Premier Li Keqiang visited the headquarters of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development in Paris on July 1.

When delivering the opening remarks, Angel Gurria, secretary-general of the OECD, quoted a Chinese proverb: “When people work in solidarity, they can move Mount Tai”.

He said he hopes China and the OECD will work more closely. Premier Li Keqiang said China hopes to cooperate with the OECD to come up with more good ideas and put them into practice. China is willing to take more practical actions together with the OECD to promote common development, the Premier said.
