Premier welcomes Iraqi prime minister

Premier Li Keqiang held a welcome ceremony for visiting Iraqi Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on Sept 23.

It is Abdul Mahdi's first official visit to China as prime minister.
