Premier Li Keqiang has called for more interaction between Chinese and Italian lawmakers, to share experience in legislation and governance.

During talks in Rome with Italian Lower House President Laura Boldrini, Li Keqiang outlined China’s progress in its reform and opening-up process and called for closer parliamentary exchanges between the two countries. Boldrini praised the contribution of overseas Chinese to Italy’s economic and social development and she welcomed more Chinese tourists and students to visit and study in Italy.
