The Chinese government will extend the coverage of interprovincial on-spot reimbursement of outpatient bills by the end of 2021, Premier Li Keqiang said at a press conference at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing after the closing of the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress on March 11.
