Vice-Premier Hu Chunhua, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and head of the national leading group on poverty alleviation survey, inspected the on-site registration for poverty alleviation on Aug 3, in the Tibet autonomous region.
During his inspection tour in Maizhokunggar county and Dagzê district in Lhasa, Hu visited impoverished households and survey staff.
He also learned about the data mining process through smart devices, the impoverished people's production and living, and progress in the general survey.
Hu fully affirmed the survey staff's hard work and orderly progress, and urged legal implementation of the general survey in accordance with the pre-set plans and work regulations.
Accuracy and reliability in data mining should be accentuated while deterring any type of falsification, he said.
The forthcoming data processing should be carried as scheduled, and regular epidemic control measures should be taken, Hu said.
