BEIJING — The 10th China Sourcing Summit will be held in East China's Hangzhou city from Sept 27 to 28, with highlight on the use of digital technologies in service outsourcing.

More than a thousand representatives from industrial associations, government agencies and enterprises are expected to attend the event, according to Fan Shijie, a senior official with the Ministry of Commerce.

A series of related activities will be organized, including a forum on the development of global service outsourcing, according to Fan.

This year's expo will focus on integrating the development of service outsourcing and the digital economy. It covers an area of about 4,000 square meters, with a specific zone for service outsourcing demonstration cities to display their achievements in the industry since their establishment 10 years ago.
