BEIJING — More than 1,500 jobs were offered for Chinese students returning from overseas at a job fair held in Beijing on Oct 20.
The event, held by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange under the Ministry of Education, attracted 152 well-known domestic institutions including State-owned enterprises, universities and scientific research organs, as well as overseas-funded and private enterprises.
The job fair has been held 14 times since 2012, attracting nearly 2,200 enterprises and institutions, as well as over 40,000 students, and providing over 12,000 jobs.
