BEIJING — China's daily new confirmed cases of COVID-19 outside Hubei province, epicenter of the outbreak, dropped to 11 on Feb 23, according to the National Health Commission.

The commission said on Feb 24 it received reports of 409 new confirmed cases on Feb 23 from 31 provincial-level regions on the mainland, including 398 from Hubei.

On Feb 22, 18 new confirmed cases were reported outside Hubei.
