BEIJING — Unremitting efforts are needed to maintain COVID-19 outbreak control in communities, an official with the Ministry of Civil Affairs (MCA) said at a press conference on April 11.
The MCA and the National Health Commission will soon jointly issue a set of guidelines on community-level epidemic control and service, said Chen Yueliang, a division chief of the MCA.
The guidelines consist of detailed and targeted measures that vary across regions with low, medium and high outbreak risks and across three categories of communities based on whether there have been confirmed cases, outbreaks or transmissions, Chen said.
