BEIJING — The National Health Commission said on Nov 11 that 21 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery on the Chinese mainland on Nov 10.

There were 422 patients still being treated, including six in severe condition, the commission said in its daily report.

Altogether 81,228 patients had been discharged from hospitals after recovery by Tuesday, the commission added.

As of Nov 10, a total of 86,284 confirmed COVID-19 cases had been reported on the mainland, among whom 4,634 died of the disease.
